Obtaining Tickets
- You MUST be a registered member of GAGC to purchase tickets for this raffle. If you are not yet registered, please go to: http://www.gagc.net/forum to register. Remember to watch for and open the "validation" email you will receive after registering. You need to validate your account in order for your registration to be complete.
- There is an additional requirement IF YOU ARE UNDER 16 YEARS OLD. Please see the section entitled "Under 16 years" below for details.
- BEFORE you purchase tickets, you will need to send
a "Contact Information Email" to GAGC with the following info:
- Full Name
- Screen Name (from registration at GAGC)
- Age (at least indicate if "16 years or older" or "under 16 years"
- Full Mailing address and phone number
- Valid email address (for winner notification)
- Only tickets which have been paid for, and for which
there is a "Contact Information Email" on file, by the end
of sales date (11:59:59PM EST on October 17th, 2003) will be considered
valid at the time of the drawing.
- ie - simply requesting the ticket will not "purchase" it for you - payment must be sent before the cut off.
Members under 16 years of age
- If you will be under 16 years of age on the date of the drawing, GAGC will require an email from a parent or legal guardian indicating that they have given permission for you to purchase tickets for this raffle.
- Email should indicate your full name, your age, your
parent or guardians name and the statement:
- “This email grants permission to “your name” to purchase tickets for and participate in the GAGC Fall 2003 Raffle.”
- Email should be sent from your parent or guardians email address and should be sent to: gagcomm@hotmail.com
- You will also have to send the "Contact Information Email" that is described in the section above.
